The knowledge and experience of the MBC team continues to be evident as each project presents unique challenges and opportunities for increased value." - Jeff Linthwaite Camp Winnekeag Multi-Purpose Building Customer Jeff Linthwaite Southern New England Conference of Seventh Day Adventists Architect Chenot Associates Project Extensive site work with retaining walls, 200' of concrete walkway, parking lot, septic tanks, drainage and a slab on grade with radiant flooring. An 8,200 square foot pre-engineered building with a conference room, bathrooms and gymnasium. Camp Winnekeag Dining Hall Customer Jeff Linthwaite Southern New England Conference of Seventh Day Adventists Architect Chenot Associates Project Murray Brothers Construction was selected to build this 8,100 square foot dining hall complete with a high end commercial kitchen, conference rooms and A.D.A. compliant bathrooms. Extensive site work included a new driveway, parking lot, retaining walls, landscaping and concrete walkways. Cutting edge materials and procedures were implemented such as modular panels, "Hardie Plank" Siding and PVC trim boards. These items were new to the market at the time and are now common in the industry.
