Scope of Work
The original scope of work which consisted of tearing down and replacing 1/3 of the building was deemed too expensive and Adelphi nearly disregarded the entire project.

M.B.C. was able to suggest ways to structurally re-support the existing roof, while removing the interior walls, floors and slab to allow for a new staircase, lift and A.D.A. compliant bathrooms. The existing membership quarters and function hall received new lighting and finishes.
