Design Build Tenant Fit-Up
Murray Brothers is currently Providing RRI with a design-build 8,000 square foot tenant fit-up for their Extended Day Adult Program. The fit-up will include several offices, a nursing and changing room, exercise room, 4 handi-cap accessible bathrooms and a handi-cap accessible training kitchen.
Complete with commercial windows and doors as well as new mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression and electrical designed by our subcontractors.
