Trelleborg Sealing Project Architect Silver Street Architects Customer Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Scope of Work While the scope of work is simple this project was completed in a series of phases. In phase 1 the existing concrete slab was cut to allow for under-slab plumbing, priority was set to get the bathroom up and running for the currently occupied space. Phase 2 was the Kiting Department which needed to be done in order for the customer to efficiently produce there product. The 3rd phase is now in progress, including a supervisor's office with 360 degrees of viewing capacity, a laboratory, a cafeteria / kitchenette, conference rooms and offices. The 4th and final phase will be to provide a new entrance and finishes in the currently occupied areas.
