Scope of Work
Murray Brothers provided Construction Management for the Clinton Spanish SDA Steeple Dismantling project. Work included removing Church spire and belfry at belfry deck; secured spire on ground using sona-tubes; built system to secure belfry after removal; crane coordination for hoisting steeple; removed existing layers of metal roofing and asphalt shingles; furnished and installed EPDM roofing to seal belfry deck and roof hatch; repaired and replaced asphalt shingles and flashing on main roof and steeple.
