Scope of Work
Murray Brothers is currently providing General Contracting services for this National Historic Landmark, consisting of a 125’ x 45’, eleven bay barn comprised of rough timber-frame construction, large plank sheathing, and finished exterior cladding. Work consists of remove & replace existing asphalt shingles at northern point, new flashings, install reinforcing purlins for structural support, remove and replace wood shingle & flashings on east elevation, replace all gutters and downspouts on north and south elevations, remove, re-glaze and repair wood windows and frames, prepare, prime, and repaint all elevations.
